Dr. Robert Cionni, the Medical Director of The Eye Institute of Utah, a practice dedicated to eye treatment procedures such as LASIK in Utah, recently announced the commencement of a patient appreciation contest to reward patient loyalty and commemorate 30 years of service in vision correction in the Intermountain West. Boasting a diverse team of surgeons, an optometrist, and an ophthalmic plastic surgeon, The Eye Institute of Utah focuses on advanced surgical procedures such as implantable contact lenses and laser cataract surgery. Dr. Cionni says the contest will include a raffle of several prizes, giving patients the chance to win an iPad2, iPod Shuffle, movie tickets, two lift tickets to Brighton ski resort, Visa gift cards, and more. The contest will be running until February 24 when the final drawing takes place.
In order to register, patients are asked to Like the Eye Institute of Utah’s Facebook page, register on the website with basic information, and share their entry into the contest on Facebook and Twitter to receive more digital tickets for the raffle. The practice’s website will post winner announcements on the contest page once they are drawn. Only past and current patients of the Salt Lake City LASIK surgery practice are eligible.
Dr. Cionni says he is excited about being able to thank patients for all the support they have given to The Eye Institute of Utah. He also adds that he hopes the contest will encourage more online interaction between doctors and patients so as to enhance the quality of patient care.
