*Some payments may be eligible for reimbursement through a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Eligibility varies depending on the nature of the service and your individual plan. We recommend consulting your HSA/FSA plan administrator or benefits provider to confirm coverage before submitting payment.
