Upon receiving messages sent through the Patient Portal, a team member will either contact you by phone within 24 business hours or respond directly within your portal account. To view any updates regarding your protected health information (PHI), please log in to your portal account.
It’s easy to get started with the Patient Portal at The Eye Institute of Utah! If you are a new patient scheduling an examination for the first time, you will receive an email with a unique, 8-digit security code and instructions on how to create a patient portal account and complete your new patient registration online prior to your appointment. Your email will include a link to the Patient Portal login page.
Once you’ve followed the instructions and created a new account, you will want to save your username and password in a safe place to protect your protected health information.
