The Eye Institute of Utah is Utah’s premier eye care clinic and surgical center, located in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley, just minutes from I-80 and I-15, and just a few blocks west of St. Marks Hospital. We are home to four ophthalmologists, three optometrists, and a team of friendly and dedicated professionals. Our two-level, 30,000 square foot facility is handicap accessible and has a large parking lot with space for RVs, buses and large vehicles.
Our facilities include an expansive clinic with more than 20 exam and consultation rooms, advanced diagnostic testing and imaging, and administrative office space. We also have a state-of-the-art LASIK & Vision Specialty Center and an on-site ambulatory surgical center, The SurgiCare Center of Utah.
LASIK & Vision Specialty Center
The state-of-the-art LASIK & Vision Specialty Center is located near the main entrance to The Eye Institute of Utah on the first floor. The LASIK & Vision Specialty Center is home to the WaveLight FS200 Femtosecond and EX500 Excimer lasers, the fastest and most advanced LASIK laser system on the market.
Every detail of the LASIK & Vision Specialty Center was designed to improve and enhance the patient experience; from the lighting, humidity and temperature controls to the customized music selection and aesthetics. Our goal is not only to deliver the best vision results possible, but make sure our patients have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
